Spinach is eaten fresh, fried, steamed, stewed. Fresh leaves are added to salads, snacks, sandwiches. Spinach goes well with meat, fish, eggs, cheese, bacon, nuts, strawberries, avocados, arugula, sesame seeds. Soups are cooked from it, side dishes are made, toppings for pies and pizza, smoothies and juices.
